A 100% quality control program is custom designed with client inputs prior to the start of a new client contract. All clients are assigned an “onshore” Business Transition Manager. The Transition Manager handles your account and works with members of your organization to plan the migration of processes from your organization to Janus Cyberserve. In addition, they assist in defining quality standards and reporting structures. This is to ensure that the accuracy of the services matches the specifications initially outlined. After this a regular program of random reviews of upto 50% of completed assignments is maintained as a mechanism to ensure quality delivery.
